The Factory’s food truck patio is a great spot to grab delicious food. Now serving breakfast, lunch and dinner we are NH’s first and only food truck park.

Northern New Englands First Food Truck Park!
The flexible indoor/outdoor space is what will make this all-season food truck patio and dining hall unstoppable. The outdoor space overlooks the amphitheater, adjacent to the onsite distillery currently in development. The heated indoor space is under construction and will feature beer garden-style tables with access to a full bar.
We have a food truck residency program and additional food trucks on rotation offering various cuisines, such as poke, tacos, grilled cheese, brats and schnitzel, crêpes, gyros, poutine, and barbecue. A full calendar will be released soon complete with special events like scary movie nights, outdoor party games, and live music.
Walk, bike, scoot or drive over to enjoy picnic style seating with umbrella coverage on sunny days, as well as free parking, and bathrooms available to the public, located inside The Factory.

Do you have a full bar?
Our kitchen is under construction, we will open with a great selection of local craft beers and wines, and gull-bar status for the future.
Are outside food and drink allowed?
By purchasing food and drink from our food trucks, you are helping the community’s small businesses thrive, so we would ask that you not bring in outside food and drink. With different food trucks each day and a huge selection of drinks, you will have plenty of exciting options to choose from!
How many trucks will be at the park?
Each day there will be 1-3 different trucks to choose from, with other culinary surprises on offer from time to time.
Do you have free parking?
Yes, there is street parking available and parking in our south lot.
Are you open in the winter?
We are only serving outdoors for now, but the indoor space is under construction for the colder season.
Are you dog friendly?
We welcome friendly, well-trained dogs on leashes to the outside section of the park.
